@Christopurr @MakdadSarah @GeekyFriedRice I don’t know how I feel about paying cash for unstructured mentoring. I want mentors who are SO GOOD at what they do that they don’t need the short-term money. But equity or revenue-sharing is a way to raise all boats and stay aligned.

@Christopurr @MakdadSarah @GeekyFriedRice But equity and revenue-sharing are only options for people focused on starting new businesses — who will have future money to share. For people looking for mentorship in their craft, I think inter-generational friendships and mentorships (unpaid) are the better option.
