This is difficult to do in the age of autocorrect. I’d really like to be able to tell my phone “English is my first language, but Spanish is my second.”

Ideally words that I truly misspell in both languages would have the red squiggle underline. Maybe words that are only in the second-language dictionary have a blue squiggle underline.

Tapping on the blue-squiggle words could offer up the translation, definition, and option to have the phone read/pronounce the word, use it in a sentence, etc.

I was motivated to learn how to type, spell, and write in English well because I didn’t want people I was communicating with on BBSes and the Internet to think I was young or dumb.
